– Shipping Time-Frame and Method
– We ship within 4 working days [Monday – Friday].
– For an Indian customer the product is shipped either through India Post or a reputed courier / transport agent.
– For customer located outside India we ship through India Post, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other reputed courier / freight agent.
– Cancellations and Returns

– Placing an Order:
All our orders are online. If you wish to place an order over phone, our representative will assist you in creating an online account and placing an order. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone and email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order only after we have received payment.
– Offer / Acceptance: Terminology:
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail/SMS confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (referred as the “Order Confirmation E-mail/SMS”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) as ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the ordered goods/product is dispatched to you and an e-mail/SMS confirmation is sent to you that signify that the product has been dispatched to you. If your order is dispatched in more than one packet, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation SMS/ E-mail for each packet, and each Dispatch Confirmation SMS/E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation SMS/E-mail.
– Pricing:
The prices of Products and Services on the website are as per the dispatch date prices. Prices are shown in INR (Indian Rupees) and prices are excluding GST which would be charged extra. In a future upgrade of the website we will be implementing a method which would show the client’s home currency instead of INR. Products which are not listed in the website will be sold at the prices set out in the relevant Attari Technocrats quotation. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice at any time and also to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof). We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Note:
— The prices also exclude Shipping Charges which would be added at the checkout stage as per the delivery details mentioned by the Customer.
— Orders that are export in nature will not include any GST.

– Force Majeure:
A force majeure event is any event beyond the reasonable control of Attari Technocrats (including strikes, traffic congestion, the downtime of any external line, or our inability to procure services, materials or articles required for the performance of the contract except at enhanced prices). If we are prevented or restricted from carrying out all or any of our obligations by reason of any force majeure event, then we shall be relieved of its obligations during the period that such event continues, and shall not be liable for any delay and/or failure in the performance of its obligations during such period. If the force majeure event continues for a period longer than 14 days, we may cancel the affected order or cancel the whole or any part of these terms and conditions, without any liability to the Customer.
– Payment Channel / Gateway:
Attari Technocrats uses Stripe Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards, EMI options based on cards facilities, Net Banking, UPI and Mobile Wallets are accepted (refer Stripe website for more details). If customer has paid twice for one product then the refund should be made for one transaction. Customer will get the refund within 7 days for online payments.
– Out of Stock / Availability of Goods you order:
Attari Technocrats is a well-established company with a busy telephone sales office, and popular trade counter facilities. All the stock levels on our website are live stock levels, however there may be rare instances where products are sold over the counter and then updated a few minutes later online. In the unlikely event that Attari Technocrats has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email at the address given by you in your order form. You can either put these products on back order, or we can arrange a refund of any monies paid.
Note: We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Neither are responsible for nor liable to return/refund/replacement/exchange of goods for the delay.
– Severability:
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
